The current Bedworth United Under 8's football team was founded during the 2010/2011 season. The squad came together after attending Saturday training sessions under the banner of the Bedworth United Tots Football Development program at Ambleside Road.

Now a year on and completing a full year of friendly fixtures in the 2011/2012 season, the lads have progressed at a fantastic rate. They work hard for each other and now scoring lots of goals has given this team a huge amount of confidence going into the new 2012/2013 season.

The lads will be playing in the John Bryan Coventry League where the standard is very high and this in turn will help each individual player improve and develop their learning curve.

Each player knows what is expected of them when they represent the town so as coaches we know we will see nothing less than 100% during training and league games.

It just leaves us to say "Come on you Greenbacks!"
